I know, I know, we're a little late. But, after three years of filming, we finally are now, with great pleasure, give you... drum roll please... The Crusader's Tale - Part 1! The quality of Part 1 is a little less then we had hoped it would be, but the other parts will be MUCH better. So, again, watch it for the message and not expecting a proffessional production. It begins today!!!! The Crusader's Tale starts today!!!!! This is everything we ever wanted! THREE years of filming and we're done!!! Please spread the word! The Film comes out in three days!!!!! Now, to begin with, we have made an introduction video which will introduce the film and we will tell you what to expect. Just three days!!!

Pre-Production

We have chosen our productions for the year of 2012! Firstly, there has been a studio split. Mel8 Studio has been closed, and we now have our own personall studio in which we make shorter and more modern films which we will call Visualize Studio and we also work for Paul Xavier's Lord and Lady Productions in which we make our "epics." So, each year, we will have two productions, a smaller one and a larger one.

For the year of 2012, Visualize Productions will present G.K. Chesterton's Fr. Brown Series (selects). We will be choosing two, at least, stories. The ones we are observing at present are The Prince of Saradine and The Salad of Colonel Cray. As of December 1st, we went into pre-production and will remain in pre until March 29th and coninue in production until (at most) June.

And, for the year of 2012, Lord and Lady Production will present "E N I G M A". A WWII story of 5 British commandos in 1941 on a special mission which changes when they find something never seen by the allies ever before. We will go into pre-production in June, and will remain in pre until July 4th, and then go into production until November 18th.

The list of Cast and Crew and some pictures will come in Febuary.

TCT update: We are trying to meet December 11th, and we are ALMOST done editing! Keep praying and hoping!

Danny has, unfortunately and fortunately, began editing on another computer, which is unfortunate as he will have to re-edit the entire movie, and fortunate as it is going SO well, we may be able to show the movie sooner!

How Do You Want The Crusader's Tale? We NEED Your Vote!

There are two ways we can give it to you:

Way #1: We can post it in parts which will enable it to come out sooner (Next week or so for part 1) and will come out as fast as we can post them.

Way #2: You wait until December 11th (probably at the earliest) to watch it all together. And I cannot guarantee it will not be postponed once more.

It's your choice! Please vote on the polls to the side. We NEED your vote!

Apologies and Postponement

Unfortunately, Dan's computer is so backed up with so much information, we have to back up his computer and then begin editing TCT, we have tried and failed but we have figured out why and are going to try it again. Hence, the film still has a few parts to be edited and then put together. As you can see, Dan cannot possibly get the film edited in four days... impossible... so, we are postponing the "premier" of The Crusader's Tale until December 11th. We apologize for doing more postponements, and wish there was a way to show the film this friday, but it is completely out of the question. If you REALLY want to see the film earlier then December 11th, then start storming Heaven with prayers!

Once again, we apologize, and we wish you a Happy THANKSGIVING!!!! NOT A MERRY CHRISTMAS UNTIL ADVENT OFFICIALLY BEGINS!!!!!

Day 18, 19, & 20: The Last Days of Shooting

Day 18 status: COMPLETE


Day 18 we shot the scenes before and after the battle shot on day 7 & 8, as well as the redo of a death scene.

Yes, we are done shooting The Crusader's Tale. On day 20 we filmed three different scenes and we have one picture:

The Shooting of The Crusader's Tale is finished and we are now moving onto editing. We are hoping and praying that we can produce a 40+ min. film for anyone's enjoyment.

Calling All Followers! Calling All Followers!

As you can see in the last post, we have posted the official trailer for The Crusader's Tale. Now is the time ladies and gentlemen! Behind Schedule

Unfourtunately, Lord and Lady Production is behind schedule with the trailers for her first production, The Crusader's Tale. They are all prepared, but as JJ productions asked, us we are considering making a youtube channel. We are not sure yet, but you will find out in about a week, and by then you will have them at your disposal.

Now is the time!

Day 15 and Trailers Update

Day 15 was another travelling scene and a scene where Godfrey is dreaming.

The trailers are almost done! There will actually be 3-5 different trailers and so far two are completed and two are almost there! So stay tuned! When the trailers come out, I am going to need every follower to post them on his or her blog! I am going to need links to this blog posted everywhere possible!

Day 13 was where the bad guys have a discussion. It didn't take very long. (I also made a poster.)

Day 12

Day 12 status: COMPLETE

Day 12 was another dialogue scene which the entire movie gets it's name from. You see in one of the lines, Macar says: "We're all on a Crusade, deadly and cruel..." and hence the title of the movie is The Crusader's Tale.

The title of the film isn't based on a literall Crusade, but on the fact that our journey to Heaven is a Crusade which, hence, makes us Crusader's.

New Posters

We have new posters for The Crusader's Tale!

In this one I called Macar a Grail lord because he, Baldwin, and three other knights formed an group called the grail lords, in the end, Godfrey inherits the position his father held to become the last Grail lord as Baldwin killed the others and Godfrey killed Baldwin.

I thought this was an interesting poster.

The Crusader's Tale Update and a recently Edited Video for JT

Well, myself and the cast took a two week vacation two weeks ago and we're going back to filming this week. And we will be able to fulfill our promise as we will be producing the official trailer for The Crusader's Tale anywhere from August 7th to August 21st. There are only 11 days left of shooting so the movie will hopefully be completed in the fall. Can't wait to be finished! We've been filming the movie for three years and I will be content to (perhaps) move onto another production. So far we have two stories we are considering and might come up with others. So, stay tuned!

Day 10 & 11 (And Rating Video)

Day 10 & 11status: COMPLETE

Day 10 was the first day of shooting the fight between Godfrey and Baldwin (and one of Baldwin's men) over the Grail. Day 11 was the finishing shots of it.

So far, we have now come to a problem: What should The Crusader's Tale be rated? Not by the official rating people of course, but I would like to at least give an idea that this video will have blood. We are debating on whether it should be rated PG-13 or R. For an example, I have the shots with the streams of blood and I would like to have the followers vote on which it should be, PG-13 or R:

Yesterday we were able to shoot 3 scenes! Wahoo! However, we are still trying hard to keep the end filming date for August. But, don't be surprised if the official trailer comes out a little later than we expected. So, now we have pictures:
